Program Description

Our Mitts class combines boxing and kickboxing pad drills to enhance speed, conditioning, and hand-eye coordination. Half the class is spent holding mitts, and the other half hitting them, improving timing, technique, and striking. It’s a great way to boost fitness, weight loss, and striking skills.
