Program Description

Our 30-minute Fight Conditioning class uses the heavy bag to combine boxing, kickboxing, and fitness exercises for a fast-paced workout. Each class is different, incorporating tools like medicine balls, bands, and kettlebells. It’s a fun way to boost fitness, improve fighting skills, and support weight loss goals.
