Endeavor Defense and Fitness offers a variety of course curriculum. And though it gives our members an opportunity to change things up, that really isn’t the intent. Any good fitness facility rotates programs to avoid monotony and complacency.
But Endeavor isn’t just a fitness facility and every program we offer is meaningful.
We have programs that facilitate strength, coordination and endurance, like CrossFit, HitFit, CrossFit Unloaded and Yoga. We also have programs that improve self defense, first and foremost our Krav-based self-defense, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Judo, Mitt work and HitFit. Plus, we have programs for competition, our partners Project Lift with Olympic Weight Lifting, and our competitive BJJ team.
Noticeably there is overlap, as you see programs being mentioned twice. We have a curriculum that supports many different goals and in very meaningful ways. The opportunities on our schedule, and the guidance of our staff, allow you to tailor your needs with every rep having a purpose.
