Rob is an owner/operator of Endeavor Defense and Fitness. A self-defense advocate nearly all his life, he discovered Krav Maga in 2008 and holds Level 5 Rank (Brown Belt), level 3 rank in Kali, and certifications in knife training, extreme close quarters combat and many other force-on-force philosophies. Acknowledging that fitness level impacts the efficiency of ones self-defense, Rob earned CrossFit level 1 certification, along with certifications in mobility and soft tissue, lifting, USAW, explosive training and throwing. Rob’s passion is being an athlete and coaching athletes.
AJ is the facility manager and head of the CrossFit program at Endeavor. He’s been intimately involved in the operations since the official opening of the facility and continues to tirelessly help to better the community. He holds a CFL1 as well as an Endurance certification through CrossFit HQ. He also holds a USAW-1 and a rank 3 in the Alexander Method of SMR. Outside of his coaching in strength and conditioning he is an active competitor in weightlifting (national level) and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and holds a teaching certification in Krav Maga. His hands on approach and continual search for knowledge help him to better care for the Endeavor family.

My personal training career began when I attended the National Personal Training Institute and earned my first personal training certification. After that, I earned a second certification through the National Strength and Condition Assocaition (NSCA). Because of my mixed passion for fitness and nutrition, I attended the Ohio State University to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics graduating magna cum laude. After graduation from Ohio State, I became a Certified Sports Nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN), went on to finish my dietetic internship through Iowa State University, and then earn the credential of Registered Dietitian.
