Strength and Conditioning

Whether you are looking to improve your conditioning, get stronger, or improve your overall quality of life, our Fitness classes can help you achieve your goals. The program is centered around various forms of fitness, with emphasis on consistency and intensity and a focus on proper technique.  Whatever your fitness goals are, our range of classes can help you achieve your goals, no matter what your interest.

Self Defense

The Hybrid Self Defense program at Endeavor is a fighting system that combines the benefits of Krav Maga, BJJ, Muay Thai, and other combat sports into one concept based self defense practice. Our goal is to keep you and your family safe, and to make serious training fun.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / Grappling

The Grappling program at Endeavor pulls pieces from all different backgrounds of grappling such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo, Sambo, and Catch Wrestling to blend into the most effective form of grappling for you.

Yoga

Yoga at Endeavor is designed to invite students to breathe, stretch, strengthen neglected muscles, and sweat as they are guided from one pose to another. All levels are welcome as instruction focuses on foundation, core strength, expression, and laughter as students discover they CAN do yoga! Inhale strength. Exhale fear. Yoga is a worthy endeavor.
